What it looks like while presenting
Emoji and comments sent from phones stream up from the bottom of the slide, so you can pick up feedback while presenting.
mekutte.com/p/…Publishing creates an audience URL. You can also hide it if you prefer.
QR Code® is a registered trademark of DENSO WAVE INCORPORATED.
Hide answers or punchlines behind a yellow cover. Just type `[[answer]]` in your Markdown and it becomes a peelable flip.
34 total votes
Just list the choices and the room can vote from their phones. Results update live during the talk.
Drop a ```chart block into the slide and Mekutte renders a bar, line, or pie chart inline. Six-colour palette so series stay distinguishable; edit the numbers and see the chart update in the preview.
Pin a talk timer or thinking timer at top-right. The remaining time carries across pages.
Pick from none / fade / slide / zoom. The slide mode is a true carousel — the new page glides in from one side while the previous one exits the other, giving the deck a kinetic, presentation-ready feel.
Body copy, tables, charts, and even the footer mascot follow the OS appearance mode automatically. Looks at home on the audience's phone and the presenter's laptop alike.
Applause!
So clear

Answers to the questions we get most before people sign up.
No. Audience members open the QR or URL and join anonymously with reactions, comments, and votes. Free plans allow up to 25 concurrent participants; Pro is unlimited. Only the slide creator needs a free account to publish.
No. Published deck URLs carry a noindex tag and are excluded via robots.txt, so they do not appear in Google or other search results. Only people you share the URL or QR with can view them.
Yes. Lines that start with "?>" become speaker-only notes — they show up in the editor preview and in the presenter view, but never on the published deck or the audience page. Keep scripts and reminders right next to the slide they belong to.
Yes. From the editor "⋯" menu, choose "Open presenter view" to launch a separate tab that shows the current slide, the next slide, your speaker notes, and elapsed time. The presenter's slide changes mirror live to every audience viewer.
Mekutte does not currently support direct export to PDF or PowerPoint. Because slides include interactive gimmicks (flips, timers, audience reactions), we recommend sharing the published URL or QR as the primary distribution method. For a static record after the talk, you can use your browser's print dialog to save the deck as PDF.
Reactions and comments are automatically deleted 24 hours after they are sent. Mekutte is designed for in-the-moment audience interaction, not long-term archiving — individual audience input is not retained beyond the session. You can review them right after the talk; past 24 hours they are gone for good.
Yes. Mekutte is suited for internal demos, seminars, paid events, and classroom use. Upgrading to Pro removes the "Made with Mekutte" tag, lifts the audience cap, and removes the published-deck limit.
The features are identical. The yearly plan saves you the equivalent of two months versus paying monthly. The only difference is the billing cycle — you can switch between monthly and yearly, or cancel, at any time from the Stripe Billing Portal.
Click your avatar at the top-right and choose "Manage plan" to open the Stripe Billing Portal, where you can cancel in one click. After cancellation, Pro features remain active through the end of the current billing period. You can resubscribe at any time from the same screen.
Mekutte supports the latest versions of Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Firefox — on both desktop and mobile. No dedicated app installation is required for the presenter or the audience; everything runs in the browser.
