Additional fees

Internet connection charges, communication charges, and device costs required to use the Service are the user’s responsibility.

Payment method

Credit card payment via Stripe, Inc. The Service does not handle payment information directly; payment is processed on Stripe’s secure interface.

Payment timing

  • Initial payment: the first billing cycle is charged at the time of subscription.
  • Subsequent payments: while the subscription is active, the user is automatically charged at each renewal (the same day of each month for monthly plans, the same day of each year for yearly plans).

Delivery / service availability

Pro-plan features become available immediately after payment is processed.

Cancellation

Users may cancel at any time via the Stripe customer portal accessible from “Manage plan” in the user menu. After cancellation, the user retains Pro-plan access until the current billing period ends (i.e., until the day before the next scheduled renewal date). The exact period end date can be confirmed on the Stripe customer portal.

Refund policy

No prorated or daily refunds are provided for amounts already paid. However, the operator will issue a reasonable refund if the Service cannot be provided due to the operator’s fault, or where a refund is required by law.

System requirements

The latest versions of major modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox) are recommended. Some features (publication, audience participation, etc.) require an active network connection.
